Give us a call, or shoot us an email. There are millions of items to choose from and we want to help you find the item that creates the feelings you want, at a price that is within budget. We have online search engines you can use…but we’d much rather talk to you and tailor a presentation that fits.
This totally depends on the item. We do a lot of 1 at a time embroidery pieces as well as business cards. For t-shirts, screenprinted or debossed items, you are usually looking at minimums in the 12-24 piece range, in order to justify the setups. Typically the higher end the item, the lower the minimums.
Absoluely. There are plenty of items we can turn same day and within 24 hours. Let us know your need, and we can see how quickly we can get it to you. There may be some expedited shipping or rush fees, but that isn’t always the case.
Depending on where we are in the process of manufacturing or decoration your item, it may be possible to cancel or change your order. For our customers’ websites, the answer to this question is often driven by them. Let us know as soon as you can if you have a change, and we will do the best we can to accommodate you.
For orders from our online stores, any item that is in inventory will ship between 24-48 hours after your order is received. For on-demand orders, that have to be produced from scratch, a typical turn time is 8-10 business days from proof approval.
Depending on your order, there may be some art setup charges or digitization fees. On repeat orders, these fees are either eliminated or greatly reduced.
There are fees to digitize or make art ready for proofing and production. These fees are usually associated with a first order. On recurring orders, setup fees are often reduced. For some decorating options, such as screenprinting, there will always be screen costs to consider when setting up a job.
We will always accept returns for a product defect, misprint, error in product ordered and/or damage to the product. Items that are manufactured and finished to agreed upon decoration and spec are not available for returns.
A 2% over/under run on promotional items is a generally accepted range. For decorated apparel, the tolerance is much lower.
Payment
Amplifii accepts all major credit cards, check or any other legally recognized form of payment.
In order to be extended terms, a customer must complete our credit application and be properly vetted. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process credit requests and to establish available credit limits. If you have a rush job and / or do not wish to go through the above process, we will be glad to process payment via credit card. Please note that all customers are not granted terms and each credit application is reviewed on a case by case basis.
Artwork
For most jobs, vector art is preferred. If you have trouble locating vector art, we can help get your art drawn so that it is usable.
A virtual proof is a digital image that will show you your art on an item. This will help with placement, colors and sizing. A virtual proof is a cost effective way to visualize how your product will look when complete.
We will retain your artwork for up to a year after use. For customers that we do a number of different items for, we will name these files so that we can easily refer to them for jobs.
